Text about a job offer before any video interview

Someone texted me saying they were a recruiter. They asked for my email so we could do a Zoom interview because of different schedules. Then I talked to Lisandra Quinones who said she was HR doing the interview. The questions were pretty normal for a job interview.

What seemed off was they gave me a job offer before we ever did a video call or anything. They even mentioned in the first text that this would happen. When I looked at the Zoom account the email didnt match the name of the person who texted me or the HR lady. I sent them a screenshot from Ecautious.com where I saw a report about this same scam. That confirmed I was being targeted.
