So they want me to text this number with some code. I never signed up for anything like this. The whole thing just felt off. Didn't reply or nothing. Just seemed like a way to get me to call or text back.
Text about winning 44 million dollars I never entered
The text said to contact some agent Mr Keith Thomas at (502) 713-2722 with my claimant code for confirmation and delivery. I never entered any lottery and don't know who these people are. The phone number on the scammer was (248) 520-9112. It just felt off right away.
Didn't lose any money but still got this random message out of nowhere.

I looked it up and there's no "Lantern, CA" that I can find. I didn't contact the number or anything, so I didn't lose money. But it's clearly a scam trying to get people to text back. Getting a message like that out of the blue is just annoying.
