Guy named Jerry keeps saying I won his sweepstakes randomly

So this guy Jerry keeps calling me saying he’s being altruistic and picking random people to share his sweepstake winnings with. He says I’ve been picked randomly. But I’ve been picked randomly more than three times now. That doesn’t make sense to me.

He’s supposedly in CA, USA. I haven’t lost any money yet but it feels off. He just keeps calling and saying the same thing. No company name or anything. Just Jerry.
