Ordered a military hat from Jerry Yasfbara which was supposed to be a military hat site and I did receive a junk hat from them but it was necessary I got this Vietnam hat in time for the U.S.A anniversary. Hat came and it was not as advertised. Writing on hat brim was backwards and Label on brim was written backwards also. numbers of Americans killed in Vietnam war were written wrong and almost blurred. This hat is a disgrace to the military I served in Vietnam. I want a total refund and if I can't get one from him I will track him down in California and take care of this in my own military way. This was a scam to begin with I have been told by others. I am really mad about someone ripping off combat vets such as I who served in Vietnam. Also the big label on the front of the hat is cut off short by the stitching and binding. How can such a person rip of Veterans. I would hope you put something out there telling others to not purchase anything from this person. He is a true scam artist and I can't afford to lose my $35. to such a person like that. I served proudly and expected to be treated as a hero today.

Returns

Ordered a pair of shoes online. It took a while but they arrived today. Tried them on and they don't fit. Don't know how or if I can return them. No more buying online except from known retailers e.g. Amazon. Anyone know how to return to this shady outfit?

I ordered a shower head - with enough filter inserts to last me 6 months. However, I continue to get a shower filter auto-sent to me each month. I believe they are charging my CC $36.00 per month for the filter, but I don't know how to cancel this shipment. NOT HAPPY!

Happy Customer

Ordered a t shirt and I am very very pleased. I was worried they would not be able to copy the screen but it is perfect. It looks nice, it feels nice and I'm trying best to locate them to order more. Not quite sure how to reorder but, I won't stop trying.

Unbelievable

This company is so evasive that I could not nail down information about them. They sent me the product every month and yet I have not gotten billed. I don't understand what their deal is. I don't know how to contact them to end the order or product. I have not in 6 months made contact with anyone there. I still have the hand held unit, never used. After two major heart attacks I don't have anyone to help me nor can afford to hire anyone. What do I do? In case you are wondering, I do not want the item or any part of it. Thanks William Brainard

Cheap Imitation

I received an order for a 250th US Anniversary shirt. It was supposed to be a waffle weave fabric but it came in as a cheap acrylic that is hideously shiny. Don’t buy from them, they are bait and switch. I am furious!

ORDERED A "LINEN OUTFIT" AND RECEIVED A CHEAP POLYESTER COPY OF THE LINEN OUTFIT. IT IS POORLY MADE AND LOOKS TERRIBLE. NO WAY TO CONTACT COMPANY AND ASK TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND. THE PHOTOS I WHAT I ORDERED DON'T LOOK ANYTHING LIKE WHAT I RECEIVED. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE AND TRUST THIS COMPANY

Got a weird engraved glass I never ordered with my name on it

I got this package in the mail with an engraved glass that had my first name on it. The return address said JERRY(001) YASFBARA from Rancho Cucamonga, CA. There was no card inside or anything saying who sent it.

On the same day it showed up I placed an order on Amazon and a very small amount under $5 got added to that order. But when I looked at my credit card the charge from Amazon doesn't match what the invoice says. It all looks like it's just one charge but something feels off about it. I didn't ask for this glass and I don't know who sent it.

Got a random piece of fabric in the mail from an address linked to brushing scams.

I got a piece of fabric in the mail, just a scrap or a sample. It was sent by someone named Jerry YASFBARA. The return address was 9208 Charles Smith Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

I looked it up online and a Google search showed that address is connected to brushing scams. It's just weird to get something you didn't order. Now I'm getting mail from a known scam address.
