Charged for extra items I didn't order on a hose purchase
I called my credit card company right away and told them what happened. They refunded the whole purchase price. When I tried to return the product, I asked for a return address three times and they never gave me one.
That's not a way to do business.
Advertised water jet turned out to be cheap junk
What showed up in the mail was just cheap plastic junk. I hooked it up to my hose and it barely gave any more pressure than just using the hose without a nozzle. Not even close to a water jet. Felt like a total waste.
I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back. The address they have is 182-30 150th Road, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413 but I don't even know if that's real. Phone number is 1(518) 634-9063 but I haven't called. Just feels like they knew what they were selling was garbage.
Bought a hose attachment but got charged for hidden extras
I tried to cancel the order but they said no. Then the item never showed up. Now customer service says they can't even find my original order. So I'm out over two hundred bucks for nothing.
