Ordered something and couldn’t cancel or get a refund

I placed an order on their website jetterix.topashopo.com and tried to cancel it right away. They told me it was already processing and I couldn’t get a refund. They said I would have to return the product instead.

I never got a tracking number within 24 hours like they said I would. I lost $187.71 on this. Their address is Gedimino pr. 20, Vilnius but I’m in the US. Just feels like a runaround.
