Ordered a ring from Jeulia, never shipped, now they want to charge me to cancel
I bought a ring from jeulia.com. It was supposed to ship in 3 days. A whole month went by and it was still just processing. So I asked to cancel the order and get my money back.
Instead, I keep getting emails saying they'll charge me 30 percent of my order for canceling. They tell me I should just keep the jewelry whenever it finally ships. I just want a full refund like they promised. It's been two months now and nothing.
I canceled because it didn't ship in the time they said on their website. I needed it by a certain time and it wasn't going to make it. I feel stupid for this.
