Weight loss product took too long to arrive and no refund given

I ordered this weight loss product because it had a money back guarantee. They said 60 days from the order date. But the order took forever to come in. So by the time I actually started taking it, there was no way to tell if it worked or not in that time frame.

I tried to get my money back after 73 days from purchase, but I had only been taking it for 45 days. They would not give me a refund, not even a partial one. I feel like this is a total scam. I can not believe Jillian would put her name on something like this.
