Charged over $500 by jilrae.com for an order that never came

I saw an ad for jilrae.com on TikTok. They were selling discounted Comfrt products and other stuff, saying they were an overstock website. I placed an order but then tried to cancel it right away. I contacted their customer service and they refused to cancel.

They even sent me a tracking number for the order, but it was never delivered. Nothing ever showed up. Then I started seeing charges on my bank card. Over the last three months, they took over $500, with the charges showing up under random business names. It all added up to $512.00 lost to that website.

Bought something from a TikTok ad and never got it.

I saw an ad on TikTok for something called comfort sale. The website was jilrae.com, and it said the address was in Granite City, Illinois. I spent over thirty-six dollars on an order from there.

I never got any confirmation email after I paid. I never got the order either. The money just came out of my account and that was it. Nothing ever showed up.
