Paid for a trash can on Facebook Marketplace and got blocked

I agreed to buy a trash can off Facebook Marketplace from a guy named Jimmy Cross. He said we could meet up but then he failed to meet me both times and would not give me the address. He kept saying he was too busy so I paid ahead of time so we could do a no-contact pick up for 2 days later. Then he just stopped responding.

I could not get ahold of him for the next 2 days. On day 3 still no response and no address. I tried to request the money back on Venmo under a name Chris Lowery and he declined it. Eventually he gave me a phone number I did not trust and we just communicated on Venmo. After I told him I didn't want the trashcan anymore just the money back he blocked me. I had no address or way to get a hold of them. Lost $30.
