Commercial showed a quilted basket but what arrived was a flat photo

I saw this commercial online where a woman is holding this really pretty quilted basket. She talks about how soft and beautiful it is and the description says "quilted" over and over. The product in the video looked thick and nice, like something you'd actually want.

What showed up in the mail was nothing like that. It's not quilted at all. Its just a cheap piece of stiff canvas-like material with a photo of quilted fabric printed on it. Totally flat and useless. I paid 52.98 for this. Feels like a complete ripoff.
