Email from someone claiming to be a lawyer about a debt

I got this email from a Jiwon Yuan at [email protected]. It says it’s a legal notice from an attorney’s office. They said my account has a window open that won’t stay open much longer and I have options that are expiring.

They want me to email [email protected] before it moves to the next stage. They said a courtroom is the next step if we don’t connect. There’s no real company name on it and no proof of what account they’re even talking about. It just feels like a way to get me to reply.
