Phone call saying someone is filing for my brand logo rights

I got a call from Raymond Ray at JK Ogata Law Group. He said some third party is trying to file for the logo rights to my brand name. He kept saying I had to file today to block them or I would be forced to re-brand.

It felt really pushy and strange. He didn't give me any proof or paperwork about who this third party was. Just kept pushing me to act right then.

The number that called was (551) 417-3749. I didn't send any money but it was a weird phishing type call.
