Strange monthly charges for a product I never ordered

I was ordering something else and this product arrived. It wasn’t what I needed at all. Now it is billing me monthly for it and it is not something that I need.

I tried looking into it but there’s no real company name on anything. The email they used is [email protected] and the phone number is (307) 630-6741. The website was just Facebook. They’re in KY, USA I guess. I lost about 270 dollars so far.

It just keeps charging me every month and I never agreed to this. No reply when I tried to ask about it.
