Sent money for cancer kits after seeing license, now can't contact him.

I saw Joe Tippens on X talking about having cancer kits to send out. I almost didn't believe it was really him, so he even sent me a copy of his driver's license. That convinced me.

I sent $1000 for the kits. Now I can't get a hold of him at all. You can't leave any kind of message on his X account. The phone number I have is 1(640) 275-4099 and an address was given as 4200 NE 36th street, Oklahoma City, OK 73121. I don't know what to do.
