Ordered shorts that didn't fit, no refund after four months

I ordered a pair of shorts from johannapearl.com. When they came they didn't fit so I asked to return them and mailed them back. That was four months ago now.

I still haven't gotten my refund. I've emailed them at [email protected] a bunch of times and all I get back is the same generic reply every time. Their website is gone now too. And they turned off the comments on their Instagram page.

I lost $169.00 on this.

Ordered something online and they just took my money

I ordered from their website johannapearl.com and never got my purchase. I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever replied.

Lost $60 on this. Just nothing showed up. No tracking number or anything. Felt weird after a while cause they just went silent. No company name on anything either, just the website.
