Phone call saying I have a civil matter pending against me

Got a call from 828 220 6908. Guy said his name was John. Told me I had a civil matter pending against me and I had until the end of the business day to call 877 782 9751 extension something. This was at 12:39 during my lunch.

I already got threatened with the same thing a few days ago so I called the local courthouse. Had them check if there was any legal action. There was nothing. Civil actions have to be filed in the clerk of courts office and you have to be served papers. Do not fall for this. Do not call them back.
