Paid for bathroom micro cement work and he never showed up

I found this guy on Facebook for a home improvement job. He was supposed to put micro cement in my bathroom. I paid him $20,000. He never showed up after I paid.

His phone number is (406) 273-1852 and his email is [email protected]. The address he gave is in Missoula, MT 59808. I just want people to know what happened.
