Paid for firewood through Zelle and they claim they never got the money

I contacted johnfirewoods.com to order a half cord of wood for delivery. They told me to pay with Zelle because they're a small business. They gave me the name Elizabeth Perry and the number 310-728-7836 to send the money to.

I sent the $150 and gave them a screenshot to prove it. Then they said they didn't get the money and I needed to send it to a different number. So I did that and sent the proof again.

Now they're telling me they won't give a refund because they never received the funds. The money is definitely gone from my account. I'm out the money and I never got any wood.
