Phone call about pending litigation for my husband

Someone called me saying they were from Johnson Group Law Firm. They said they were trying to reach my husband about some pending litigation in our county. They claimed this law firm already sent him something but he never replied, so they had to follow up. They said my phone number was on the case as a contact for him.

I asked what it was about and they said they couldn’t tell me because it was a private matter and they didn’t have access to it. They gave me a case number and a phone number to call, 844-408-2481, and said the firm was located in our town. But that number is fake and the law firm isn’t even here.
