Donated to help an injured cat but can't find any real updates

I saw this ad on Facebook for a cat that needed help, it looked really sad and the website was a .org so I thought it was legit. It was joinfundrise.org and they had a page called save-luna-now. Said the money was going to a vet clinic but I couldn't find anything about the clinic anywhere.

I gave $26. Then I went back to check for updates on the cat and there was nothing. No new posts, no nothing. So I started looking around online and found other people saying those pictures were from years ago. The contact info for the cat's owner kept changing too. I tried emailing [email protected] but never got a reply. Just feels like a total scam.
