Bought something once and they kept charging me after

I ordered something from that Jolie Glow site, jolieglow.orderjolie.com, and I thought that was it. Paid like 59.98 or something around there. Then I see another charge on my card. And another. They signed me up for some subscription I never agreed to. I didn't notice at first because the amounts were small.

I tried emailing [email protected] but nobody got back to me. The phone number they had was 5642443588 but I don't even know if that's real. I just want them to stop taking money out. I didn't sign up for anything monthly.
