Unauthorized monthly charges after a single purchase

I made one order from JolieGlow. Ever since that purchase, they've been taking $29.99 out of my account every single month. I never signed up for any kind of monthly subscription or recurring charge. I tried contacting their support email, [email protected], but I haven't gotten any reply. It's been going on for a while now and the total has reached $100. I just wanted the item I bought, not these endless charges.
