Ordered a gift and got charged extra for something called JolieGlow VIP

I ordered something for my brother-in-law as a gift and then I got another charge for $29.99 for something called JolieGlow VIP. At first I thought it was just part of the payment plan for another thing I ordered around the same time. But then the charges kept coming so I started looking into it.

I never got any email or receipt or any kind of notice about this extra charge. So I contacted customer service and asked them to cancel it. They said it’s automatically charged with every purchase from their website. So my advice is STAY AWAY FROM JOLIEGLOW!!!

Unauthorized monthly charges after a single purchase

I made one order from JolieGlow. Ever since that purchase, they've been taking $29.99 out of my account every single month. I never signed up for any kind of monthly subscription or recurring charge. I tried contacting their support email, [email protected], but I haven't gotten any reply. It's been going on for a while now and the total has reached $100. I just wanted the item I bought, not these endless charges.
