Charged monthly after buying Christmas gifts that never came

We went on Shopify to find Christmas gifts for our kids and bought from a company called Jolly Glow. They never delivered what we ordered. On top of that they kept charging our credit card $30 every month for something we didn't sign up for. Lost about $200 total and still nothing showed up.
