Got a text saying I won a prize and they wanted $750

I got a text from someone named Jonny Parker. He said I won some kind of prize. Then he tried to get me to send $750 to him to claim it.

My wife has dementia and she can't make reasonable decisions. I'm worried she's being taken advantage of by these people. The phone number he used is (754) 279-2539 and he said he's in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
