Letter about a waiver fee with no real company details

I got a letter in the mail saying I need to call (888) 801-8190 about a $199.00 allocate waiver from Jp Morgan Chase Bk. It just says to contact them about that amount. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange.

There was no real company name on it just that bank name and the phone number. I didn't recognize it at all. I have no idea what this is about or why they sent it. Feels weird getting something like that out of nowhere.
