Nonstop texts from a number I keep blocking

I am getting about 20 texts a day on my cell phone from this one number. I block and report spam every time, and nothing stops them.

The phone number is 1(484) 947-4555. They also used an email [email protected] and an address 15270 Carli Ct., Crittenden, KY 41030.

I don't know who they are. Just constant phishing messages. I keep blocking and reporting but it doesn't make a difference.
