Ordered clothes from Judy Blue website and never got anything delivered

I ordered from this website https://selinlab.com/page/custom/contact-us which is called Judy Blue, it's a clothing store online. I spent $49 and my items never got delivered.

I only heard from them one time by email. After that they said they tried delivering my items a second time but nothing ever showed up. They never reached out to me after that. I have emailed them several times at [email protected] and nothing. No reply. Just ignored.
