Ordered a jacket from Jules Jij and nothing came

I ordered a jacket from this site and got a confirmation email and then a shipping email. That was it. Nothing ever showed up. I tried calling the number they gave, 1(865) 314-8127, but it doesn't work. I sent a few emails to [email protected] and never got any reply. The address they have is 9111 Cross Park Dr, D200-418, Knoxville, TN 37923. Just wasted about $44. No jacket, no response, nothing.
