Ordered from julesjij.com and never got my items, can't reach anyone.

I placed an order on julesjij.com and paid $85. I got an email saying they received my order, but that was it. Nothing was ever shipped.

I tried to contact their customer service at [email protected], but the emails just bounce back. The address isn't valid. I can't get my money back from them directly because they are completely unreachable.

I looked them up and saw their tracking service and the whole site has been reported as a scam. I just want my money back.
