Dress from Facebook ad looked nothing like the pictures and no real return

I bought a dress from this company after seeing their ad on Facebook. The site looked nice enough and the dresses eventually showed up. But the color and quality were way different than what was in the pictures. Not even close.

Their website says hassle free 30 day returns and satisfaction guaranteed. But when I tried to return it, they wouldn't send me a return label and won't give me my money back. They offered me a little bit through email but way less than what I paid. I even offered to pay to ship it back myself and they said I had to ship it to China at my own cost. That is nowhere in their return policy on the website. Nothing says you have to pay to send it to China or that you only get a partial refund.

This company is a complete scam.
