Ordered clothes online and they looked like a kid made them

I ordered some clothing from this site juliaandanne.com. When it finally came the quality was just terrible, like a 2 year old made it or something. I paid about $200 for it.

So I asked them if I could send it back and get a refund. They said no. I emailed them at [email protected] and they just keep denying me. I don't know what else to do.

Ordered three dresses from juliaandanne.com and none matched the pictures

I ordered three dresses from juliaandanne.com because the pictures were really pretty and the descriptions talked about fabric and everything. But what arrived was nothing like it. One dress came as a long dress and I ordered a short above the knee one. Another one had a cut out that went down to the belly button and the pictures did not show that at all. The third one was a completely different color and the sizing was not even close to normal.

They claim they have a storefront in Nashville but they do not. It is all in China. When I tried to return them they offered me 10% of what I paid. I paid $158 and they want to give me $15. That is not happening.

Dresses from Julia and Anne look nothing like the website photos

I ordered from juliaandanne.com because the dresses looked really nice in the pictures. Like good quality and well made. What I got was completely different. The fabric is this thin flimsy poly stuff not cotton or linen like it looked online. And the colors are off too.

The construction is super cheap. In the photos the piping is sewn on but on the dresses I got it's just printed. Some dresses are even a different design than what was shown. The website says they are in Nashville TN so I thought they would ship from there but everything came straight from China.

They advertise a 30 day money back guarantee and say they will send a return label. When I contacted them about a refund they told me I would have to pay $20 to $30 to ship the dresses back to China and they would only give me 20% back. I lost $228.57.

Ordered a dress that didn't fit and they want me to pay huge shipping to return it

I got the dress I ordered from Juliaandanne.com. The website said it was from Nashville, TN USA. The dress doesn't fit at all.

I asked for a refund and they told me I'd have to pay a shipping fee to send it back to China. The fee costs more than the dress did. Then they offered me just a 20% refund if I kept it.

I told them that's not acceptable.
