Ordered clothes that looked nothing like the AI pictures online

I placed an order on Julianclaire.com and never got a receipt or confirmation email. I asked for one because I was already worried it was a scam, but they just said my order was processed fine. The clothes did show up eventually, but when I compared them to the site the images were totally AI generated. Nothing looked the same.

When I emailed asking for a refund they only offered me two options. Either 30% off another product or 20% off and keep the clothes. Their website says you can get a full refund if you ship it back to Asia, but they never offered me that. They also don't have a real physical address in Canada. I lost $90 on this.
