Someone pretending to be a lottery winner named Julie Leach giving away money

I got a message from someone saying they were Julie Leach and that they won a lottery and now they want to give away money. It sounded like some kind of prize or sweepstakes thing. They said I was picked to get some of it.

I didn't give them any money or anything but it felt strange. No company name on anything. Just a person claiming to be a winner. I don't know how they got my info. I didn't reply. Just wanted to report it.
