Got a scary call about legal papers and a fake law firm

I got a call from a local number, 801-662-0545. The woman said her name was Julie Williams and that she worked for the Salt Lake County dispatch office. She told me there were legal papers to be served to me within two hours.

She said the documents were filed by a Bloomburg Law Firm to put a lien on my house. She told me to call the law firm for more info and gave me a case number, 26-001-5000. It felt really off, so I looked it up.

There is no Bloomburg Law Firm in Utah. When I tried calling 801-662-0545 back, it just says it's disconnected. That's not a Salt Lake County number either. I also searched the other number she might have used, 855-622-0120, and it shows up as a scam.
