Charged extra $20 trying to get a refund for a bad dog toy

I bought a dog toy for $19 and they sent me two of them, charging me $19 for each one. My dog wouldn't even touch the thing because it's just hard plastic and doesn't do anything. So I went to the email address to get my money back. That just sent me to Just Answer, and they charged me another $20 right there.

I tried to get my money back from Just Answer after that. They said they would only refund half of that $20 charge. So I paid $19 to them on top of the $20 I already spent for each toy. All together this whole thing cost me $60 for a toy no dog would want. It's a scam.
