Called Samsung but got transferred to Just Ask and charged $65

I thought I was calling Samsung about my phone but it transferred me to a line called Just Ask. I had a question about my Samsung phone and they said there was a $5 refundable fee. So I paid it.

Next day I see a $65 charge on my account. I called them and the automated system said I had enrolled in a $65 a month membership. I never agreed to that and nobody mentioned it while we were texting back and forth about my question. I told the person this wasn't legal and they got flustered, said my money was being refunded, and hung up on me.
