Charged $55 twice after being told it was a $5 one-time fee

I got a message about a vet exam and was told there was just a $5 one-time join fee. Right after that, they charged me $55. Then today, I saw a second $55 charge from them.

They have my email, my name, and my pet's information. The website is justanswer.com and the email is from [email protected]. I never agreed to any of these charges.
