JustAnswer charged me $65 a month without telling me

I asked a question on their site, it was supposed to be $5.00. That’s all I thought I was paying. Then they charged me the $5, plus $65 for some subscription I never agreed to. They never said anything about a subscription when I asked my question.

Then they charged me another $5 to talk to a “lawyer” by email to try to cancel and get a refund for the three months of $65 charges. He gave me an 800 number. When I called it said my subscription was cancelled and there was nothing to refund. Wouldn't connect me with a real person, then just hung up. I couldn't cancel online or by phone. I finally just cancelled the credit card I used.

They claim to have an A+ with ScamPulse.com but I don't believe it.
