Ordered air conditioners online and never got a receipt or tracking number

I ordered two small air conditioners from somewhere online. I never got any order number or receipt or anything like that. They just charged my VISA.

I still haven’t gotten the items. I tried chatting with their AI and it just sent me to JustAnswer. I am not using that. So now what do I do? I lost $241.
