Website charged my dad for a year without any receipts

My dad was having computer issues and this website just prayed on him. He thought he was paying a one time $66 fee for questions answered about logging into his Microsoft account.

Instead they have charged him for a whole year now. No receipts sent to his email or anything. Total money lost is $792. I got an email from [email protected] but no real company contact.
