Paid for one thing on PayPal but got something totally different

I bought something from Justen trading co through PayPal. The ad showed one product and what I got in the mail was not the same thing at all. I paid about 88 dollars for it.

I don't know what to do now. I tried looking up their info but it's not clear. The whole thing just feels off.
