Charged me after I cancelled my order the same day

I got an email from Justen Trading Company saying they would try to cancel my order. This was after I told them to cancel it less than ten minutes after I placed it. They emailed me back that night.

Then the next day, the charge for the order went through anyway. I emailed them again and they said it was too late to cancel. They said there was nothing they could do. I lost over fifty dollars. The email they used was [email protected].
