Impossible to cancel subscription, had to do a chargeback

I signed up for their subscription back in late 2025, it was $30 a month. That was a mistake. I tried to cancel it about a month ago. You can't cancel online, you have to email them. That's against California law.

So I emailed them. They emailed back saying they couldn't find my account. They wanted all this personal information from me to "find" it. I gave them the info and then they just ghosted me. No reply. They kept charging me the $30.

I had to do a chargeback with my bank to stop it. A company that operates like this is just shady and can't be trusted.
