Signed up for a program that never paid me back

I signed up for this program on June 21, 2026. They asked for $147 to start, so I paid it. I started doing the tasks and answering questions to earn money awards. I ended up generating awards worth $500.00 but they never paid me a cent.

I asked for a full refund of my $147.00. No response yet. I've tried reaching out but nothing. Their website is JVZoo.com and they list an address in Oviedo, FL but I'm not sure if that's real. The phone number they had was (657) 439-0170. I just want my money back.
