Ordered shoes two months ago and never got them

I ordered shoes from Kaila Boutique back on January 28th. I paid $31.95 for them. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received anything.

I tried contacting them through the email they have, which is [email protected]. I haven't gotten any reply back from them. The whole thing just feels off.

I found them through Pinterest, but there's no real website or anything to check on the order. My money is just gone and I have nothing to show for it.
