Signed up for Kalm Health and they kept charging me but never sent my medication

I signed up for Kalm health and the first month was fine. They sent the medication and took payment. Then in June they took my payment again but never sent anything. I reached out to Matt dozens of times and got no response. They just kept saying its on the way but it never came.

Then in July they charged me again. Its the end of July now and I still have not gotten my medication. They kept saying its on the way for weeks. I charged back the June payment and they cancelled my membership but they didnt refund me or send me what I already paid for. So now I am out 248 dollars and have nothing to show for it.
