Ordered shorts from Kangoosport, got wrong items and cheap imitations

I ordered two pairs of shorts from kangoosport.com on April 1st. They showed up on the 15th. One pair was three sizes too small, and it was missing the accessories it was supposed to have. The other pair wasn't even what I ordered. It was a really lousy, cheap imitation. The quality was terrible.

I emailed their support to complain. First they offered me a 15% refund, but I said no, I wanted a full refund. Then they came back with 20%. I refused again. Then they offered 40%. I still said I wanted 100% back.

Finally, they said they'd give a full refund only if I paid to ship the items back to them. I refused that too. I told them I'd send the stuff back, but they should pay for the shipping since it was their mistake. They wouldn't do it. They just went back to offering the 40% refund again.
