Ordered a lawn mower from kanoyard and got a fake tracking number

I googled lawn mowers for sale and this website kanoyard.com came up. I went to the site and placed an order. They sent me a tracking number and everything, made it look like it was on the way. That was it. I paid $1159.30 and never got a lawn mower.

I tried contacting them at (515) 259-2758 and emailed [email protected] but got no reply. Their address shows 6335 NE Industry Dr, Des Moines, IA. I just want my money back.

Riding mower paid for but never showed up

I saw a brand new riding mower on kanoyard.com for $1,119.30. That seemed like a really good price so I went ahead and ordered it. They said it was shipped and would get here Monday.

Well Monday came and went. Then Tuesday. Now it's Wednesday and still nothing. No mower, no tracking number, no reply to my emails. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but nobody wrote back.

The phone number on the site is 1(515) 259-2758 and I called that too. Just rings. The address they list is 6335 NE Industry DR, Des Moines, IA 50313 but I don't even know if that's real at this point. I'm out the money and have nothing to show for it.

Ordered a riding lawnmower and got a photo of a small package instead

I ordered a riding lawnmower from kanoyard.com after I did some looking around. I didn't get any reply from them through texts or emails until I said I was gonna call my credit card and report it. Then they gave me a tracking number for UPS but nothing ever showed up.

What I did get was a confirmation photo of some little package delivered to a house in my city. That was definitely not a riding lawnmower. They don't pick up the phone either, they just want you to email or text them. I wouldn't order anything from this place.
