Ordered from their website, never got my item and now they're gone

I bought something from the Karmic Tactical website back on January 22nd. The money came out of my account, a hundred dollars. But the item never shipped.

At first, they answered me and said they got hit by a snowstorm and had a backlog. Then their website went under construction. Now it has a whole new payment page and a different business email, [email protected].

I sent several more messages asking what was going on. No reply at all. The only time I got a response was after I told them I was reporting it as fraud. Then they just said "we are trying." That was it. Nothing since. The site is https://www.karmictactical.com/ but it feels like they just took the money and vanished.
